Image path option is not visible under appearance for any component.
What are you trying to do?
Are you trying to put a background image into a text field? If so, simply position a label directly underneath the text field, and set the alpha parameter of the background color to 0. The label will have an image path property.

I want to add small icon next to the Label component.For that I have to go to Image Path option in the Vision Property Editor, but that option is not visible in the vision Property editor.Normally it comes under Vision Properrty Editor -> Appearance-->Image Path.
The image you showed displayed the properties of a text field, not a label. Double check and make sure you have the correct component. The label will have an image path property directly under the background color in the appearance group.
