You can get IP like this. But their actions, I can't think of a way to do it other than manually add logging functionality to all click events.

Perspective IP Address for devices

My phone popped up with the correct IP, but the tablet is using the IP of the server. When I reloaded the tablet page, it is now showing the IP of the phone.
