Import csv file into perspective

Hello
Is there any way to import csv/text file into perspective for parsing?
if not is there any plan to add this functionality?

Why don’t we have a script function for that? Like system.file.openFile() in vision.
I really need to change the appearance of component for my style which is not possible.

Because you’re in a different world (the web browser). You can’t just randomly open files on a user’s computer from a web browser. They have to initiate an upload.

Could you at least add an opotion to create the icon? I mean component has a path for icon .

@jball configuration for the icon should be possible to add, yeah?

Yep. It would be simple to expose that upload icon path as a component property. I will open a ticket.
