Increase memory available to ignition

Hey Guys,
The gateway defaults to 1 GB. In order to increase this, I need to adjust it in ignition.conf. Is this a normal situation, and what can I safely set it too. Is there a 4 Gb limit?

We have increased ours to 2048. We have 4 gig in the box. Just an FYI

I have a machine running 8 Gb, so I presume the sky is the limit, presuming the rest of the system has enough memory available. This machine is a 32 Gb machine

Yep - you just have to tell Java how much you’re willing to let it use.
