Indicator CPU Usage stuck

Hello,

On several recent systems, the CPU Usage is stuck at a certain percentage but everything seems to be working well :

Does anybody know if this is normal behaviour ?

Ignition version is : 8.1.20 (b2022082313)

Are you running your gateway in a VM? Some hypervisors will lie to VMs if they've overcommitted CPU resources.

You might also have a thread stuck in an infinite loop hogging a CPU core. Look at the thread pages for possible culprits.

The gateway is indeed running in a VM on ESXi.
How can we diagnose this is the reason ?

How can we see a thread is in an infinite loop ?
