After I download the designer, I keep getting this error after I try to install it. Anyone else have this error?
Your IT policies are restricting what can be installed. Try running as administrator.

Got it installed but now when I try to open the designer, it won't open. Even when I try to run as admin.
Then it is probably a more specific IT policy that is interfering, perhaps a restriction on java. You will need help from your IT department.

Check if your service is even running. Open cmd as admin and run "net start ignition", then open the gateway on your browser.
System cannot find the file specified.
To me it seems like the instalation didn't work, I would try a clean reinstall to go again.
Reinstalled and still the same issue. Run as admin and pulls up the hourglass beside my mouse arrow but never opens designer.
Look in your launcher log files to obtain the complete java command line that the launcher tried to use. Run that in an elevated command prompt so you can see where it stops. Provide that information to your IT group so they can unblock you.
