You'll have to provide quite a bit more information for anyone to be able to provide any help.
Start off with the version of OS you are installing on, anything you have tried to get the install to work, any errors you have received with full stack trace formatted as preformatted text (See How to post Code)
Along with that, get a copy of the install log, which should be located at C:\Users\user\.ignition\install\install.log if you are on windows. (someone more familiar with linux please post the default location for linux) Either upload it here as preformatted text or as a zip file if its too much text.
