Integration with Cisco Call manager

Trying to get the Voice module to work with cisco call manager. Used this as a starting point.

My IT group did tier part and I have configured the IG as required. the notification profile status just returns ‘Not Found [404]’ . I believe this status is a return from call manger.

IT is telling me on the call manager side they get an error of device name not found. We have tried using the cisco 5 digit user name and also tried using the phone number as the user name. Is there any other logging or diagnostics on the ignition side that would help me track down the source of the issue?

Thanks Issue fixed. Issue was relating to digest user on cisco end.
