Intermittent alarm email issue

I have a UDT which is used on many different devices (about 100+). One feature built into this UDT are email alarm notifications which identify the device, and the issue.

The problem I’m having is that sometimes I receive email alarms which are “blank” - ie look like the default alarm notification. If I go to the alarm status table and look at the timestamp I can confirm that there was a valid alarm. It’s just that the email notification was not sent properly. This happens very intermittently - ie sometimes I have no issues getting clear notifications, and other times they come in “blank”. Again, I’m using the same UDT for everything.
