IP Camera trouble installing

I am trying to bring in the video from a AUTODOME IP 5000 IR camera. I have tried the URL that Bosch suggested from the manual but no luck. any suggestions?

Are you able to reach the URL in a normal web browser?

Yes I can reach in the web browser.
