Do you install ignition as root when prompted at ignitions installation or the user-created at os installation?
Use sudo or root. But have Ignition run under the “ignition” user. Alter the systemd service to include AmbientCapabilites for low port numbers and raw packets so Ignition itself doesn’t need root.
