It seems that WebDev module should be available in Maker Edition.

It seems that "Web Dev" element in Project Browser panel in Designer is missing.
Any suggestion?

I didn't follow "Other Versions" link, it wasn't intuitive it could be lead to module downloads. 
How could it be more intuitive? I think it's very clear. IA is always open to suggestions, so perhaps describe how it could be improved.
