I have downloaded the Ignition Gateway version - 8.1.37 for my 64 bit windows 10 computer. I have downloaded the Ignition Designer but am unable to launch the Designer. The Ignition Designer Launcher is not popping up.
If it's failing to even start opening the Designer Launcher, then try checking the Windows Event Viewer logs for any related errors.
I would also suggest opening up a support ticket to look into this issue further.
