Issue in reading tag values in Mitsubishi IQF series

Hi Team,

We connected few devices with Mitsubishi PLC and we are able to bet the tag values but few devices with different series not able to get the values.

Pease find the details below.

Sl no Machine Device Description Series IGNITION GATEWAY Status Addresses TAG Quality TAG Value
1 Machine_1 Mitsubishi TCP Connect to Mitsubishi devices supporting MELSEC over TCP. iQR connected Added Good getting
2 Machine_2 Mitsubishi TCP Connect to Mitsubishi devices supporting MELSEC over TCP. iQF Connected Added BAD Not getting (BAD)

Please guide us to solve the issue.
