We have two thin clients with WonderWare that have a button that open an Ignition Client. This is targeting a shortcut in the C:\ to the Ignitition client. One of these works fine, but the second client gives the following error -
SAXException when processing launch.xml: Premature end of file.
We watched the Gateway logs and didn’t see anything pop up when we tried this multiple times, I assume because this error is happening prior to the gateway getting any instructions to open a client.
Any insights as to what may be causing this?
