Issue when copying and pasting a tag

lets say I have a tag named DL06DI1. If I copy and paste that tag into the Tag Folder it creates a tag called DL06DI1 (1). I would then edit the tagname to DL06DI2. Problem is that if DL06DI1 is in alarm when I copy and paste, the tagname DL06DI1 (1) goes into the alert table and it will not go away unless I restart the gateway. Not really a big deal but it pretty much makes the copy and paste function useless if you are trying to add something on the fly.

Yes, we’ve had a few people complain about this. Basically, we need to have tags de-register themselves from the alert system when they’re deleted/renamed. Should be in the next update.
