Issue with Gateway and Designer Login on VM

Hi all,

I'm experiencing an issue where both the Gateway and Maker Edition Designer fail to log in, which forces me to reset my password.

I'm currently working with Ignition on a virtual machine (VM). When I first start the VM, the auto-login to the Gateway works fine. However, when I try to open the Designer, it fails to log in. If I then log out of the Gateway and attempt to log back in manually, the password is rejected.

Interestingly, I was able to use the same password for about a month before it failed again. I reset the password just two days ago, and now it seems to be failing once more.

Has anyone else encountered a similar issue or found a solution?

After you reset the password, are you cleaning up the temporary user sources and IdPs that the reset process creates? After fixing the problem with the original user source & IdP? Password reset is a temporary function that lets you make permanent fixes.

Thanks you, I have removed the temp user and IdPs and updated the originals.
