Issue with Gateway - Websocket

Hi all,

I'm having an issue: "WebSocket disconnected from session".

This happens every time I access the runtime in my Ignition Perspective project. This view was accessible yesterday, and nothing has changed since. Can anyone point to where the issue might be? I've increased the RAM memory, restarted the gateway, etc... but nothing seems to fix it. I've also checked other projects on the same gateway. There is one project that I can access and works fine, but the other two I can't (and when I do, I get the same websocket error).

Websocket disconnects are almost always firewalls in the network path that don't support them or try and fail to do deep packet inspection (and cut them off). You should ask your IT if they changed something.
