Issue with launching application

Hello All,

I am having issues launching an application from the gateway. This is the error that keeps popping up.

I am using Ignition Version: 7.9.6
Java™ SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_51-b16)
Windows 8.1

What version of the module?

What version of Java on the gateway and the client machines.

Gateway Version: 7.9.6
Java™ SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_51-b16) on the client
Java™ SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_91-b14) on the gateway
Client OS Windows 8.1

The web browser module.

Web Browser module version 2.8.2

I would try updating the web browser module, as the latest version is 3.9.8, which is made for 7.9, whereas 2.8.x is made for 7.8. Also, I would look into upgrading the versions of java both on the client and the gateway.
