I connected four PLCs to my Ignition Edge gateway. After about one week, no data was sent to the Cloud.
We checked the Tag Browser to see if the tags were getting updated, but we noticed that they had been static for a week. We restarted the tags for the entire folder, and the problem was resolved. I would like to understand the reason for this issue and how I can prevent it in the future.
Unfortunately, I do not have the logs for the date when the tags stopped synchronizing.
