Hi, I'm having some issues with receiving SMS messages.
I'm using a Siera wireless SMS modem LX40.
My costumers complain that in case of a big number of alarms received in one time, for example after a power break, they receive the SMS messages with a delay of several hours.
In case of a small number of alarms, they don't have that issue.
Is there some parameter in the module configuration I need to set?

Check you have consolidation enabled.
Consolidation will delay the SMS for a set time and combine the notifications to send less individual messages, this will decrease the size of the queue of SMS needing to be sent in bulk notification events. Notification Block | Ignition User Manual
