Issue with tag quality using Kepware Trial

Hi, i’m having tag quality issue with Ignition v8.1.14 through Kepware . It was working normally when the Kepware trial version is running. However when the Kepware trial version ends and restart the trial service, the data quality of the tags still remain bad in ignition. Previously i didn’t face this issue on older version of Ignition.

I have to restart all the tags in ignition designer manually to get it work again.

Are you seeing any errors in the logs? A wireshark capture would probably be a good way to troubleshoot this. If we are able to confirm which host is not communicating correctly, we could narrow down the problem.
