I created a SMTP profile to send emails through scripting. The project was recently moved to a new server and the SMTP profile I created was identical to the old one. I had IT create an exception for port 25 in the firewall. When I send a test email it won’t go through. Any insight would be useful!
Any error messages in the gateway logs after you send the test email?
No error messages in the logs… The test page eventually times out and an “Internal error” screen appears.
