Items displaying different when drawn to grid

Hello Forum,
I am having some issues with the displaying of objects that I have made. I drew everything using the grid but when I run the project the objects are unaligned and some look nothing like what they look like in designer. Can somebody help me understand why they are doing this?

Use anchored layout for everything if you need to line things up pixel by pixel.

What resolution would you use for the default client? I find it strange that it always defaults to such a small size and it is a hassle to make it a normal size.
