I am new in this community and I facing a problem when I try to start a course. The Ignition page doesnt reproduce the courses videos. Can someone please help me with this?

Works for me. Your IT is probably blocking video content, or some similar problem. Also, make sure you are using a modern browser.

I'd also recommend trying a different browser. I had issues with doing the tests on Chrome
