Java heap space

Hi, I write to you, because I have a problem with heap space in Java, what can I do in this situation?.
I’m working in a Windows Server 2008 R2 system 64 bits, with Ignition 7.5.5 (b1255) | 64-bit
also the Database disconnects frequently since this problem appeared. .
Also the project is working very slowly when it has to run a consult, and navigation too.

What is the configured amount of memory for Ignition to use? What are you doing when Ignition runs out of heap space (memory)?
