I am bringing up a duplicate system with an Advantech industrial PC which is running Windows XP Embedded. In the past, I don’t think I had any problems installing the Java JRE software needed for Ignition, but this time, I can’t find a version that will install on it. The latest version (8) says it does not support this OS and gives a cannot install error. I tried a copy of 7 and 6 and they bring up a DOS box for a moment and then disappear.
Anyone know of one that should work? I need it to display my Ignition 7.6 screens.
