Java Launch issues

This is a new installation.
Java Version 7U25
Ignition Version 7.6.4
Window Server 2012

Java is blocking the starting of the Designer.

The attached window pops up.

Found this on the Oracle website. Needed to change the “Check for certificate revocation using” from

“Both CRLs and OCSP” to “Certificate Revocation Lists (CRLs)”

My Ignition server does not have Internet access.
