Hello, our IT team have brought to my attention that Java is changing its licensing structure significantly and has raised concerns for our Ignition systems as they know Ignition uses Java.

Nothing to worry about. We don’t even ship an Oracle version with Ignition.

Classic Oracle FUD. They introduce their announcement with "Oracle Java", but then, in the bullet statements and beyond, just saying "Java". Trying to imply that any other Java release is affected.
