Just curious if anyone at IA or in the community has used jhepwork jhplot inside of Ignition. We have a project coming up requiring some complicated data/mathematical presentation and have been successful building a prototype outside of Ignition using Chekanov’s book as a guide. Would like to bring it inside Ignition. Anybody?
I just took at the DMelt successor project with the little bit of guest access – I didn’t see any hint that it can nest in a swing environment. That would be a minimum. Assuming a suitable canvas could be nested in a JComponent, a module could be written to tie it all together. You’ll have to pay particular attention to licensing – you cannot package GPL, LGPL, or other copyleft packages in an Ignition module due to the way signing works. You can have a user manually install such packages before installing your module, though.
