is there early access document for new features ?
I am uncertain if you have access to the new Kafka module.
If you do and it is installed, then Kafka connections can be created from the Connections > Service Connectors > Connections screen.

Yes, the Kafka module is installed and I can select a Kafka source in the Designer, but no Service Connector is available yet. I'll wait for future builds.
Is kafka a paid module?
Yes, the Kafka connector is a paid module.
Is there any place where I can see what is an extension of existing module or a new paid module? Let's say, MSSQL JDBC Driver Module?
I think it's probably a mistake that the JDBC driver modules are listed under "Cloud Connectors".
All of the JDBC driver modules are just packaged up JDBC drivers. They are new, but they are free.
Siemens Native Drivers too?
Not sure what you're asking. Both Siemens drivers appear in the "Device Connectivity" category for me.
But are they sepparate paid drivers or just an improvement of the actual ones?
The new Siemens driver is a separate module but will be included like other drivers as a "core" module that is included with your Ignition Platform license.
