I just got off of an approximately 5 hour tech support call with Nathan on a saturday. I just got to say, to Nathan, Carl, Colby, Travis, Bobby, Jim, the office staff and anyone else i might have missed at IA that I am truly thankful for your dedication to your product. I have never come across a group of people so into creating a quality product in this industry. I think you all deserve a pat on the back for your efforts, and I wish you all a happy new Year. I hope 2008 brings you great rewards, and I am truly excited for what the next year has in store!!!
