KepserverEX KeyPair not configured

Setting up Kepware on a new system, and after adding in the connection, and trusting certificates in Ignition and in Kepware, and reinitializing Kepware, I’m getting a “UaException: status=Bad_ConfigurationError, message=KeyPair not configured” error in the gateway.

Haven’t seen that one before, usually once the certificates are trusted everything works without issue.

Any thoughts?

Hmm, this means something went wrong reading the KeyPair.

Did you accidentally set one of the Key Store Alias or Key Store Alias Password properties on this connection?

Looks like the user for the keystore was changed from “client” when IT added in the user credentials, I’ll check with them to see if they updated that.
