I'm having large problems in trying to acquire tags in Ignition from a KEPServerEX that is currently also "feeding" an iFix SCADA (where the values appear without issues).
My main gripe is that while the Quick Client in the gateway gives me values corresponding to reality\what I see on the KEP Quick Client, but I just get a Bad_Failure on the tag even if I just copy-paste the path from the Ignition Quick Client to the tag Adress.
The device in question has long pauses in communication (remote plc linked via Radio) therefore I suspect this has something to do with data latching as I could get some tags to work by creating a mirror tag in KepServerEX rather than pointing the adress directly
Has anyone encountered a similar situation?
