It is showing PLC Tags but not reading value of the tag

Please be patient. This is not IA technical support. Most of the contributers are answering in their own unpaid free time. If you keep bumping your thread you will annoy users and your posts will be ignored.
Your screenshot shows that Ignition is connecting to Kepware and that the tree of tags exists. Therefore the problem is with Kepware and not Ignition. You need to open Kepware and find the problem.

The appropriate length of time to wait for a reply is a day or two. (Business days, not weekends.) If you don't get a reply in a couple days, one more comment to "bump" the topic is reasonable. If you still don't get a reply, there are a some possible reasons:

No-one can figure out an answer from the information provided, or
-
You've failed to answer questions that would have provided usable information, or
-
You've discovered a new problem for which there is no answer yet, or
-
You've annoyed the people who could have answered.
If a couple days is too slow for you, you should open a support ticket so you get help for your urgent situation. This forum is not official support.

Depending on the issue you might have to totally purge the Kepware software, it solved my issue, but without a lot of information its hard to say what the issue could be. Is it the newest software? A lot of missing information. Hope you find the problem!
As it work with localhost, your firewall likely block the connection
He's got ignition connected to kepserver though, the tags can be browsed though but not read. I'm not sure where to go to from there
