I thought I had resolved this issue.
It seems to be back and I do not remember what settings I had that resolved it.
I shrink the page, and the three labels in the flex container all merge into one location on top of each other instead of keeping spaced out.
Oh no, do I need a container per label?
ah, I think I had strategic scrolls that I had removed for some reason
