Is it possible to change the text of columns and states in Alarm Table? We want to provide localized language to shop floor technicians and many of them don’t understand English.
Text like “0 Active”, “2 Shelved”
Column like “Active Time”, “Priority”, “State”
Yes, this is possible.
You could use translation lists, in which you provide the English and translated language. If you then switch Locale from English to the other language, the translated terms will show up
If you are using Vision, you could use the language selector to switch locale during a session.
In perspective, this component doesn’t exist out of the box (yet), but there are ways to create it yourself, like this.
