I'm getting this Error trying to open a designer, I have checked the windows security and there is nothing being blocked. I have also tried deleting the Cache folder contents. Any suggestions what can be done next?
I've seen this error when trying to open an 8.1.x project with an 8.3.x launcher. The solution is to download the older designer launcher from the applicable gateway and reinstall it. If both launchers are needed, simply rename your 8.3 launcher's shortcut, so it won't be overwritten when 8.1's is reinstalled.
