Good morning community, how are you? This message appears and it doesn't allow me to open ignition Designer.

Launch Error Occurred
Java Process launch Failed with error code 1: could not open

"C:/User/pc/ignition/cache/resources/runtimes/17.0.8/lib/jvm.cfg"

Something similar has happened to you, what action can be taken to solve the failure?

I've never seen that message.
Does the file exist?
Does Designer have permissions for that folder?

Try deleting the "C:/User/pc/ignition/cache/resources/runtimes/17.0.8“ folder and then relaunch the designer.

Good morning , the aforementioned error was solved with the action of deleting the folder. I appreciate the support :grinning:
