My gateway is working properly, everything is running. Vision client launcher version 1.1.17.
I tried multiple times to download the app and still keep getting the same error message.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Look in the ~/.ignition folder for the clientlauncher.log file. Either look in there for a more clear error, or if you can't find anything post it here.
