Legacy and Pipeline Notification

Hello,

I am in the process of converting a customer over from legacy to the new notification. When I make a tag to test out the new pipeline it still forwards all the stuff through the legacy. Is there a way I can turn that off so it only uses the pipeline?

Would creating a new notification profile solve the problem?

Hi,

You should be able to edit each legacy notification profile in the gateway and “disable” it. Once everything is up and running, you can go back and remove them.
