License Error 15

I am getting this error when I try and license our module.
Anybody know how to fix this issue?

Hard to say without looking up your license key (don’t post it here please), but…

Are you trying to activate a normal Ignition instance with an Edge license key, or vice-versa?

The license is for our own module.

Okay, so a secondary license I guess? Can you PM me the key?

Are you trying to activate this license on an Ignition Edge install?

No It is a full ignition installation

Does the server have a base license? Third-party licenses are only secondary licenses.

Can you try reactivating? I think we fixed something with the activation server last week.
