New to the forum and to igntion, I have been playing with the trial version and quite happy so far.
My question is in regards to licenses. If i have two sites in two different locations/networks and I want to run ignition perspective + historian on a local server on each site. Do I buy the license/software once, and can use on multiple servers? or do I need to buy a license per server/site?

Licensing cost is per server, so in your case you would need 2 licenses. If you talk directly with sales they may be able to help guide you further (module selection/recommendations) based on your use case.

Generally, one license covers one gateway installation.
Generally, that one gateway can launch an unlimited number of clients/Perspective sessions/concurrent Designers.
