What Port needs to be open to access the License Portal?
I suspect it's a port being blocked by IT because I used to have access.
Now, I just get an endless loop of "CONTINUE TO LOG IN" on Chrome, Incognito, Edge, InPrivate, Firefox, Private on my workstation and others all get the same result.
I can access it on my phone with Safari but it's impossible to use there.
Probably just 443 for HTTPS. This is unlikely to be the issue, as you wouldn't even get to the log in prompt otherwise.
Give support a call maybe. If nothing else they can relay to the web team.
