The flat platform of ignition is 8, which does not support the vision module of version 9. However, I have an authorization for platform 8 and vision module version 9. What should I do
It means Inductive Automation sales messed up your license, probably. For Ignition v8.0.16, the proper version of the Vision module is v10.0.16. (That is what it comes with.)
You should email your sales contact at Inductive Automation. You should do so immediately, as there is a long holiday weekend here in the United States.
