We just upgraded to 7.4. We thought we had purchased upgrade protection but when we activated the license, we came up in ‘emergency activation’ mode. Retreating to the previous version still gives us emergency activation with 7 days 15 hours left! How do we get our license back??

In the future, any time you do an activation on a new install or machine you have to unactivate the old one first.
Edit: Bobby just filled me in, apparently it has to do with whether or not the key has been upgraded to the newer version on our end!
