currently the 5 client license count is attached to number projects open from the gateway.
We have a very large application that is broken into two projects on the gateway.
When 1 client connects to both projects, 2 clients are consumed. Same IP but two connections.
Can the client count be changed to discrete IPs connected to the gateway ?
Sorry, no, clients are counted as running projects.
Perhaps you should consider upgrading your Vision module to the unlimited version and stop worrying about how many clients you have running.
It is not us, its the customer complaining.
They (and we) thought 5 clients meant 5 separate PCs.
Customer’s are unwilling to pay for features they ‘thought’ they were getting.
I’d recommend contacting your sales rep about licensing issues.
