Do we need 2 licenses for platform and each module in redundant setup? Or just one module license and two platform license. I watched this video, it says redundancy is platform level feature, but I am not clear if only purchasing 2 platform licenses will suffice.
It’s 2 of everything, but I think there is a discount applied to the 2nd license used by the backup.
Talk to your sales rep to be sure.
The IA policy, which I follow for my modules as well, is 50% off for backup server licenses. The licenses are typically flagged so they only work in a backup server.
