I am having issues with properly licensing our ignition edge.
When i try and activate the License offline i upload the .ipl file and get the following message but we are still in the trial period with no license activated. is there something i am missing?
I edited your post to remove the image because it had your license key in it.
You should probably call support for help, nobody here can look up your license details.
In config > licensing, does it have your licence shown there? Do you have modules installed that aren't included in your licence? What's shown in your modules page? Do they say licensed?
If your licence is applied, it will only show trial period running if you have modules installed that aren't licensed
