We managed to setup and test the EA module without problems with the module running on trial mode on both Controller and Agent machines (we have the regular Ignition license). A Controller was setup on the main machine and a Agent on a secondary machine (not redundant), and Ignition was able to send project resources from one side to the other.
However, after we activated the EAM license in the Controller machine, the Agent tasks fails to send the resources. It only works when the trial of the Agent machine is activated. Also, the status of the link is “Trial Expired:Agent”. Is there any problem with the license? I assumed that we wouldn’t need a license update for the Agent machine - was this assumption incorrect?
